Is the Solo plan really free forever?
Yes. Solo tracks up to 2 licenses with full renewal countdowns, CE tracking and email reminders, for free, indefinitely — no trial clock, no card on file.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep Professional or Firm features through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to Solo (your data isn't deleted).
What happens if I have more than 2 licenses on Solo?
You can add more, but only 2 stay actively tracked with reminders on Solo. Upgrading to Professional removes the cap instantly for every license on the account.
Do you offer a discount for teams?
The Firm plan is priced per organization, not per seat, so adding teammates to your roster doesn't multiply your bill.
How does billing work?
Professional and Firm are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. You'll get an email receipt after every charge, and you can update your card or download invoices from billing settings at any time.
